The Jan. 1 deadline for compliance with AB 506 mandates is approaching. Are you ready?
Join attorney Gregory Love, co-founder of MinistrySafe, for updates, clarity and practical guidance in the home stretch.
By Jan. 1, California organizations serving children and youth must be using the state’s Live Scan system to screen employees and volunteers. Are you ready?
In this free webinar, attorney Greg Love, co-founder of MinistrySafe, will provide the information you need to achieve compliance.
California AB 506 became law in 2022. In addition to screening, it requires organizations serving children and youth (including churches and ministries) to be trained in recognizing child abuse and neglect. Finally, these organizations must have written and active policies to identify and report abuse.
In addition to clarifying the key requirements of AB 506, Love will provide an update on news related to the law and insurance coverage and activities of the California Department of Justice and Department of Insurance.
Love will be introduced by Max Herr, president of Church and Ministry Compliance Consulting.
This webinar is sponsored by Ministry Pacific and Church and Ministry Compliance Consulting.
